​How Do I Place A Custom Order?

 

We love being able to create a unique, personal item for customers. If you are looking to buy a custom made item, contact us at order.choicedesigns@gmail.com and we discuss about what you're looking for. Please note, when a custom item is requested it may take some time (one to two weeks) to finalise the design, get customer approval and produce the order. Please allow extra time on production and delivery of custom orders.

 

Payment and Shipping

 

We accept the following payment options:

Credit, Debit, Paypal and Afterpay.

Shipping is free to Australian Residents via Australia Post for standard orders.

Bulk orders may incurr an additional fee, please reach out to us at info@choicedesigns.com.au if you require a bulk order.

Privacy Policy

 

We keep all customer information private and WILL NOT onsell to any third party either in Australia or Overseas.

​​Returns & Refunds

 

Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days has gone by since your purchase unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Sales Items are also not eligible for return or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a copy of your invoice. We do not refund for change of mind. If you need to return an item, send us an email at info@choicedesigns.com.au  

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Choice Designs, 5 Ironbark Avenue, Park Ridge, Qld, 4125.  Please include your order number and reason for return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  We do not offer free shipping on return/exchange items. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
